              well serbia won it back in '98 and sent the USA home and won it again in '02 but its a small 3rd world shit hole country so im sure the USA will win this time

                                          -25 spread is accurate, europeans may pick best of their best to face NBAers and it wouldn't make much difference

                                          closest to anything comparable would be perhaps yugoslav team from late 1980s or a combo of yugoslav and latvian best from mid 1990s
