You should post some evidence to support your claim. Not saying you're being untruthful, but if you're going to call someone out for not delivering, provide us with what you can so we can come to our own conclusion.

GFY has one of the worst reputations for writers - it's a shame that people are much less likely to pay for good quality copy in future if they've already been taken for a ride.

How in hell can I post evidence? Go search GFY for my user name and see if you can find ONE complaint of me being dishonest or someone not being paid. There is your evidence right there.

Post ICQ/Skype chat logs/Email exchanges confirming a desire from both of you to take on work. At the very least, include the project specifications of what you requested and include a receipt from Paypal/Paxum showing that you delivered the money he requested to the email address he requested.

Then it's up to him to show to us that he delivered the work, or for him to issue an apology and refund. At the moment it's 'he said she said', make it concrete.
