I Need Business Partner/Webmaster

I recruit through my 2 modeling agencies, 3DXsweets.com and freshXtalent.com.. Recently, I have geared my operations toward production as I just completed my first HD feature in November. I am negotiating for a content library now, and I already have a solid hosting solution. I know nothing of affiliate programs, creating backlinks, etc...
