    Anyone know anything about this tube site?
    They have a small handful of our movies on there and i cannot see anyway of getting them taken down.
    I ran a traceroute to garagetv.com but no ip address or host is found. The whois however reveals nameservers on TELENET-OPS.BE but this appears pretty useless.
    So it seems that the owner of this tube site is hiding themselves pretty well.

    Anyone know anything about this site and ultimately how to get our content removed?

      so i did a whois on garagetv.be which i found while searching his info through google and checked the dns info.

      http://www.hostbasket.com is a belgian web hosting owned by telenet.be which would explain this.

      I would check with them. I wonder if they even allow adult stuff on their servers as they look like a comcast type of setup.

              it is a youtube clone owned by a major belgian ISP .. should be very easy to contact them

                  lol ?, wtf are you doing dude .. Joeri Hendrixx is a very very common name in Belgium .. and the site is not owned by an individual but by a big corporation .. same as Comcast or AOL internet .. but the Belgian version ...

                  and yes they do allow adult stuff

                  if you would bother to research longer than one second you should be able for find out who owns it ..

                  and by the way nobody speaks "Belgian" as it does not exist

                      explaining in depth who owns and operates the site and how to contact them if you think there users uploaded your content

                      this site is a youtube clone owned by a major Belgian ISP and thus the uploads are really by users .. just contact them and they will take it down

                          If he contacted the host, he would have found out it was their site anyway.

                                  Thanks for the replies, albeit I wasn't expecting the rudeness and presumptive comments of what I may or may not have done.
                                  I send dozens of DMCA notices out a week, usually direct to the offending website. If that fails then I go to the host.
                                  On this occasion i missed the contact info on the website for whatever reason but have now sent an email to the appropriate address as published on there.
