US market for fantasy/text chat. Worth entering?
Hey everyone, first post here.
Over the last couple years I built an adult fantasy chat platform from scratch myself. It’s text based, entertainment style chat, running on a hybrid model of AI automation together with real human operators. I built the whole system end to end. Backend, payments, credits, retention, everything. It’s already live and running. Not a script or white label product. Up until now it’s been operating outside the US. Recently I started looking seriously at the US market and trying to figure out the smartest way to approach it. I handle the tech and product side, so I’m mainly here to connect with people who are strong on traffic and operations, and to learn from others already active in this space. For those of you working in the US, I’d really appreciate your perspective. How competitive is this niche compared to EU? Anything you wish you knew before entering the US market? Any common mistakes to avoid? |
