I run an AI-based adult subscription platform in the adult vertical. Current stats: • ~17k monthly organic traffic (primarily Google + Reddit + Redgifs) • 1,800+ video library • Active subscription system • Current CVR ~0.3% • Revenue live but under-optimized The product/content side is built. Monetization and scaling is the bottleneck.
