Here are some popular VPN affiliate programs that are generally considered adult-friendly due to their focus on privacy and security, and often have good commission structures:
ExpressVPN: Known for high commissions and good conversion rates. Source: ExpressVPN Affiliate Program Private Internet Access (PIA): Offers a VPN affiliate program with good conversion rates. Source: Private Internet Access VPN Service AstrillVPN: Advertises an average of USD 21 per sale, which is competitive. Source: Join the AstrillVPN Affiliate Program NordVPN: (Often mentioned in similar lists, though not in the top results for this specific query, it's a very popular choice for affiliates). Surfshark: (Another popular VPN that frequently appears in affiliate program lists). Many VPN affiliate programs do not explicitly restrict adult content promotion as their core service (privacy and security) is often sought after by users in this niche. When choosing, also consider commission rates, cookie duration, and the availability of marketing materials.

None of the affiliate programs listed above with the exception of kuprum's suggestion, which i know nothing about, accept adult customers.
ExpressVPN NordVPN (Both owned by an Israeli company) and worst of all SurfsharkVPN are terrible programs. Both as a user and as an affiliate, I have tried them all and dropped them all with disgust. Surfshark, after I canceled the auto-renewal twice, re-activated it twice. They will also shut down your account saying their "algo said so". No explanation, no ability to explain and when you threaten legal action to their status in the US will quickly re-instate you. After you have secured a new VPN. Surfshark also dropped us from their affiliate program for selling through adult. I hear ProtonVPN has improved over the ast year but have not had them in awhile. When they started their servers were blocked by almost everybody.

It turns out that large VPN providers are not well suited for adult affiliate programs. I'll try Proton VPN, maybe it will be better. Although my experience shows that it works rather poorly in censored countries.

If you are based in the UK you should be aware that Ofcom are coming after adult sites that are advertising or linking to VPN services.
