I want to start a free host that has only one banner at the top....more like a box banner .....and charge webmasters 20.00 dollars a month for unlimited access....to make gallerys....with ..or pay sites..How many webamsters would pay 20 a month for unlimted bandwith with only one banner on top....and no tricks...just plain old great hosting....It would be more like a coop for webmasters that really dont get accepted as fast with free hosts.....and for nebiesthat really have no resources to get hosting...so let me know what you think....talk soon

Man - there is a lot of negativity around here. It is a good idea but I don't think it's all that original. I think a few have tried and failed and I would swear I remember Lightning saying he had crunched the #'s on this type of deal and it just didn't work... (if I'm wrong Jim, I apologize) ... anyway... make damn sure you can make it work and if it does I would bet you would have a ton of takers.
F.Y.I. - xxxwebhosting has a free host called gigme.com that only has a single banner on top and real minimal text on the bottom geared toward webmasters, but I also know for a fact that triple x hosting robs people blind and that is how they can get away with that
