US Citizen Needed as Principal Signer for foreign owned LLC (Payment Gateway Contract)
Hi all,
I have recently set up a US LLC as a foreign owner. I've been having trouble setting up an account with a foreign EIN or even ITIN alone. Most payment gateways I've spoken to (30+) require a US signer on the merchant account contract (requirement from the underlying merchant bank). This person does not need to have an ownership or even operational role in the day-to-day responsibilities of the company/LLC. Has anyone ever faced the same situation? If so, how did you go about it? Otherwise, does anyone know how I would be able to find a reliable person to fulfil this responsibility? |

While card payment still rules you should also consider an alternative option like Crypto payments.
Best option is to have something that is self hosted where you control everything. Do check out payram.com its self hosted crypto payment with no kyc and no censorship.
