Business Where to get Model outsourcing agency for my adult camsite? Any suggestions?

We are looking for Studios/Agency/Company that outsource their models. We are building our own camsite, similar to chaturbate, Jerkmate and etc. I have been trying to search them through the internet but there were no success on finding them or getting a way to contact them. No help on sourcing agency, but can I ask what method do you use for payout because I am having that issue of figuring out the payout side from my site.
