I've had an idea for a while.

Could/should there be a website where people get paid just to watch other people masturbate?

Let's say you don't want to show yourself naked (or masturbate yourself like on Chaturbate), but you would be willing to just watch someone else masturbate if they pay you ...

A freakin brandable name for a website like that.

I know there are many guys out there that would be willing to pay someone for just open up their webcam and watch when they jerk off.

There are two sides to this:

1.)
People who sign up as "watchers".

2.)
People who sign up who wants someone to watch.


There could be categories just like Chaturbate - like men, women, trans, straight, gay etc

I mean come on, wouldnt it be a lot more exiting if a good looking girl watched you while you were jerking off?

Watchers could set their own prices (just like they do at OnlyFans etc).

This is carving out a whole new niche, a whole new category in porn.

Why do you think ChatRoulette and Omegle got so popular?
It was because of the fact that all those guys who were jerking of was hoping that a girl was going to watch them at the other end of the webcam ...

But the downside with ChatRoulette and Omegle was that the majority was guys and the randomness of the script showed two masturbators infront of each other instead of just pairing a masturbator with a watcher..

Im an expert in naming, branding, social media and marketing.

Im looking to find someone to explore this idea further.

The differences are too big between the two.

With your logic, they can take Masturbate.com then?

”Watch” and ”Chat” are two different words.

But in case that ever happens (which I strongly believe will not happen) I got a backup domain:

WatchForMoney.com

It kind of sums up the idea pretty good.

It’s an equally simple brand name like the popular adult website ExtraLunchMoney.com

Its good to have a backup domain then.

But its not the domain/name choice I prioritized discussing here.
It’s whether a website like the one I describe above would work (or not).

I cant see much downside.

A lot of people would like someone to look at them while they are masturbating.
And some would be willing to pay for it.

And on the other end are people who would like to watch if they got paid doing so.

And I think that some would pay a lot if they find a watcher that is very good looking.

Watchers could set up their own profile pages with a bio/description, prices, images, videos etc

Prices could start as low as $50 cent per minute.
That’s $30 per hour and still more than some make at McDonalds.

And some really good looking people could potentially charge $10 per minute.

There would be (I think) a very big audience for the gay community.

This idea could bring in some serious cash for watchers.

The website satisfies two needs, the watchers and the masturbating.

And all watchers should be vetted before they get their profiles accepted, like having the right age, accept the terms etc.

There will always be people who are looking for someone to watch them and there will always be people who are looking to make easy money.

So the niche is evergreen.

It just haven’t been done before atleast what I know of.

Im looking for someone out there who also likes this idea.

Its stupid simple, but of course it takes some knowledge to build a site like this, and to market it.

I actually think it's a good idea. Lots of lonely people out there looking for some love, or at least, some attention. Just don't refer to Chaturbate at all.

What? No they don't. They got after the domains because they were very clearly using Chaturbate (TM) for generating traffic to their domains that was named "recurbate.***".

They won this lawsuit, which is quite surprising...

I wouldn't try to build anything on OPs domain. It's even more similar to "Chaturbate".

Thats why I think the dotcom domain WatchForMoney.com is the best.
The name is self-explanatory (did I get that right? Im from Sweden).

People will watch for money.

And I even think its possible to sign up more watchers than for example cam performers (like on chaturbate, jerkmate, etc).

It could be a simple ”how to make money in the adult space” hack and it doesn’t require any skills.

You are terribly wrong.

ChatRoulette pairs you with a random person and 95% of the times it is a masturbating dude.

I’ve tested the site multiple times thru out the years and the site is such a dissapointment to anyone who is hoping to get a 1-on-1 conversation with a girl without her clicking the NEXT button after like 2 seconds.

My idea is simple:

You are horny and get pleasure from masturbating while someone is watching.
You know its hard to get someone to watch for free so the idea/platform offers a way for you to find people who would like to watch.
