Want to buy a property in Central Eurpoe for AirBNB
I am looking to buy a residential property in Central Europe (preferably EU region).
Please suggest some option for cities & specific locations which are Airbnb friendly & the houses can be let out for media production. I have kept an upper ceiling budget of €50,000 |

I have lived in both these places in 2019-20 pre pandemic.
I personally like Zagreb more than Prague due to its simplicity as compared to Prague. But tourism is such a big difference between both the cities! So for AirBNB it is hard to make a choice.

Just make sure it is legal there. Most, if not all of those cities banned AirBNB to this or that extent.

budget of €50,000 could be a small house somewhere in CZ or SK village not near the big city
