One line response is not enough. We need to see their formal documented policy and procedures. This can be a simple Word document showing your content management policy and procedures.

Hi, you need to demonstrate what procedures you have in place and give them access to check they are robust. you normally need an anti slavery policy as well. You need to pre approving all user generated content, have mods in chat 24/7 etc.
