Sign up with Google and Bing webmaster tools and let them know where the sitemap is located, so every page of your site is cataloged.
- Content is King. Make sure you have enough unique and quality content. The best way to get consistent traffic is to create something interesting enough to make people come back for more. Let's put it this way, you get 1000 unique visitors "Today" and your site content needs to at least convince 15% of your visitors to bookmark your site. So its like 1000 daily UV + 15% total returning UV. If returning rate is under 5%, your traffic will probably get stuck and not go up.
