    Want to start a hosting business in my country

    I have a reseller account, I just need to build a Responsive HTML template.

    My questions is, how to get my first clients? Should I advertise with Google AdWords or buy seo packages or hire a freelancer to do seo for the website. The competition has PR 3-5, with hundreds of backlinks pointing to to main domain, but I think I can beat them for my targeted keywords.

    When everything is set up, I will go to offices with flyers and discuss with them why they should choose my hosting, plus I'll offer free website creation or website creation for a small fee ( the websites will be full responsive and high quality design).

    I am struggling to choose between SEO promotion or PPC from Google. I am going to target only my country.

    Any suggestions or opinions are welcomed.
