Uptime is 100% but for legal reasons we say 99.9%

servers online go offline when it is a software related issue or when you have more traffic then a server can handle. A server never goes offline because of hardware reasons. That is the plus with cloud hosting.

yeah they give you email support on their droplets which doesn't help most of the people. those are really just for those who know how to work a server and fix it when you break it.

These extra packages are for priority support. So basically you do not need them. If you have a great deal of domains and custom setup then you need an extra service package of 25 per month.

Sorry i missed your question there. things like drm we do not handle, we do can hotlink protect your folder with videos for you.

And yes your can easily video stream over our 1gps connection.
