    who can process for an "online drug and seed store"?

    well, we are looking for processors who'd process for an "online drug and seed store" ... hemp seeds, party gear, magic truffles etc (this thing will be HUGE to say the least) - all legal where the store is registered ... any idea? TIA guys

          You could always google other stores, find the top 10-20 sites in that industry. Write down which processor they each use (just visit their store), and then also check the IP of the domain and see what host/country it belongs to.

                  We have a client we're working with now doing a similar idea for an online store in Colorado, they are also having similar issues and considering going the merchant account route.

                                      The DEA makes no distinction between hemp seeds and cannabis seeds.

                                      Dispensaries are unable to process credit cards, and in most cases unable to get bank accounts in states where they are legal due to federal law.
