Dwolla has a mobile wallet. We use it on our site as a payment option. Seems like a good service and it's free on transactions under $10. Their footprint is not that big though, but they are listed in the top up and coming companies.SkinMe5.com....what would you do for $5??

The company must have the ability to work with american clients/phones. I've contacted itelephone but haven't heard back in a while, and unfortunately, it does not seem that global-access works with north america.
