    Housing money to be made

    I was doing some database work on house prices and noticed that man some people are raking it in with home sales. Or failed home sales I should say.

    Foreclosure homes bought for $319,000 in October and then selling for $440,xxx in January. Many examples in my database like that.

    I guess it still comes down to knowing what to do and having the ability to do it, but man...$120k in 3 months...

      Lots of money to be made in the housing market right now but you have to have the cash to make it work.

          it's not as easy as it sounds, for all you know the place was trashed, and the investor had to put $100k into it, or it had $100k in liens on it or something...

          but yea, I'm sure some people are raking in decent $$ from it...
