Get the gallery up as soon as possible. If you're lucky, it won't have been reviewed by some of the tgps so you could still get traffic. Just don't resubmit it, get the gallery up and cut your losses.

Lol... late hours are nothing, I went to bed at 6am this morning, I feel asleep at the computer - and up at 1. I'll be up until about 5 or 6 again this morning... it's the usual. Long hours are part of the job.

Maybe 12 hours is a little too much - it takes me 2 hours daily to submit to about 150 tgps, plus another 500 or so on autosubmit.

As a general rule, 12 hours should buy you this -
A gallery, submit
2 avs sites, multiple avs systems
1 free site, submitted
Submission of one of the above to the major search engines
time to read the boards, check stats and answer emails

If you're quick and you have movie content, you'll have time left over to submit to some of the movie posts too - and if you're ultra fast, you'll be submitting to the pic posts also.

Well, it's up. Not really too much of a loss probly anyway... I've been clawing for traffic and submitting everyday, but not getting much of nothin' yet. All my submits so far are freebie sample leaders to my main paysite with a few sponsor spots here and there. Spend most of my time on the inside of the paysite trying to grow it, and the rest of the time making gallerys for traffic... am I doing this wrong? When I started this it seemed like a good idea.

I guess most of the big TGP's have a review delay of days and days... shouldn't be such a big problem... but still it's better to avoid it...
