Her best bet for the tangible goods is to get her own merchant account. Personally I recommend she go to RBC. But I'm guessing she's in Quebec so it's going to be it's usual customary pain in the fucking neck.

* 1st She'll need to register a business
It can be a sole proprietorship and not a corporation. Make the name something vague such as "Lady's Lingerie and collectables." (I know language laws but I'm just giving you an example)

* 2nd she'll need a business account and if she doesn't already have an account at the RBC I recommend she get a personal account there first. After that it's 2 pieces of ID and a ton of asshole questions for the business account.

* 3rd By comparison the merchant account is easy to get.

The other alternative to dealing with Quebec's never ending bullshit is to drive to Ontario and get a drop mail service. Everything can be done there within an afternoon.

The Next problem she's going to have is the postal service because here in Canada it's mother fucking expensive as all damn hell. It's actually cheaper for me to mail a 1kg package from the United States to Montreal than it is to mail it from within Montreal.

However again Ontario comes to the rescue because there's many services that will drive your packages across the United States border and will deliver them via US Post. I been paying my shooter to drive over the border so I don't have a current name to give you but if she needs it I'll look who I used to use and see if he's still interested.

As for the non-tangible goods.. I'm afraid I can't help you there
