                              Almost every single broker gets hit by those campaigns and they will take action against the advertiser that ran them.

                              As for general "normal" annoying stuff like: Auto download, auto-sound etc, you can opt out of that on an adzone level with most of the bigger ones (with the advertiser, not with AdSpyGlass).

                                              That actually isn't a good idea. The more malware you serve, the better chance that google will block you, and then, poof, there goes 30% of your traffic (ie. Chrome users).

I use 15 different ad networks in adspyglass (reporo, trafficshop, clickadu, exoclick, adsterra, trafficforce and some more). They have nice design of site, so it?s easy to analyse all stats from my ad networks in one place. It automatically detects the most profitable Ad networks for my traffic and choose best CPM. Pros - personal manager helped me set everything up, gave me good advised for some networks. Result is really nice - profit increased up to +80%, from 250$ to 450$ after one month. Also good pros that ref program is 10%.

If You have 1m k of traffic - then You will use it in one day - it depends on volume of traffic that You send pops from. More traffic You have - more million of pops You have to buy. The price is not fixed.

                                                                                                                  The support was very helpful when integrating the codes and the activity drop emails are a better notification of downtime then any other service we use.

AdSpyglass will pay you if you're working with us on RTB basis. No hold whatsoever, if you work with us. Other wise, yes, your networks do the payouts depending on their Terms.

There is no plan, the commission is only 10%. Plus you can sell the unsold traffic to other networks in the system.
