      Down here too. They used to be decent host but Webair have sucked for years now!

                  Webair and the CDN were having issues but they're rerouted the traffic. The issue looks like it may have been GTT, one of thier uplinks, i believe. But I am sure they can comment on that.

                              A year ago or two ago I may have agreed with you but they have definitely upped their game again, by a lot. You should definitely check them out again.
