And the 4 years is most likely just 2 years. Which is very typical of the justice system here.

It's either 4 years or it isn't. Why every sentence passed isn't the actual sentence they will get is just idiotic...

Actually it's the norm for this type of case.
The fact that the guy thew just one punch is what allows him to make a case for manslaughter.

If he had used a weapon or stomped the guy on the ground then it would be different.

DUI MS gets you 8 out in 4 in Florida all the time. It is bullshit. You were drunk so you know you are taking a chance. It is not like a fight and a lucky punch (or unlucky) kills the guy and you get MS.
