                          In Italy and most of our other countries, we do direct mobile billing through the carriers...so it's much better than SMS and CC billing.

                                                      It looks to me like you are using SGM to build your mobile whitelabels......? Why would I not just use them directly rather than use your system?

                                                          We are not using SGM at all...we have our own platform and direct mobile billing solution, just like they do.
                                                          We use SGM as a German partner only...all our other top countries uses our own proprietary whitelabel, redirect, and direct WAP billing solution.

                                                                          Ok, well might be possible we are using SGM for some of our small Danish solutions...but that is not a large territory for us, so I'm not sure.
