The new "Outbid" feature allows Advertisers to compete with each other, triggering auctions for high-demand ad spots. The highest bidder wins the space. The auction format allows existing Advertisers to retain their spots by bidding against new buyers. Clients who want a specific spot can bid higher and get it.
