    cant find this at paypal ... prepaid card for use at atm?

    serious ... am i blind? does paypal offer cards for use at atms to withdraw money?

    or can one assign a card to an account?

                      only US. They say they're going to offer it for other countries in the future, but I've seen that announcement fro at least 4-5 years, so don't hold your breath

                          They just sent me one a few years back and do so each year. I've never requested it but they send it. It's mostly used for my Second Life stores where I have to convert out game currency to real money.

                                                      They used to have a paypal top up card which they have now stopped but as far as im aware they do have a paypal credit card for the UK
