When you get some douchebag or douchebags that don't know shit about shit, have super long meetings with you, go over tons of development work and then when you ask about monetary compensation they hit you with, "Well if you do all this work, it will be sweat equity and when the company grows you'll get paid." - GO FUCK YOURSELF!
If I wanted to do all that work I would fucking do it for MYSELF, not a bunch of jagoffs that have a weak business plan and not fucking clue how to implement it. They want me to work for free building their company with the hopes of getting paid later down the road?!?!? They have wasted almost a week of my time when the first question out of my mouth should have been, "how much are you paying me?".
I fucking HATE people like that. Sorry...this week just came to a head and that was the result. I'm fucking pissed!
