I can see what you're doing, but I'll say this: it IS possible to build a good business whilst retaining your honesty and integrity. For example, it's not possible to say honestly that the boob job in question is a good one. It's like she has some skin and nipples covering two plastic balls. It's a shite boob job whichever way you look at it. If you didn't want to be honest about it then it would have been better not to have said a thing.
