      No ... but Ebay/PayPal *DOES* share some of their data with law enforcement (they have publically stated so!), and thus it wouldn't surprise me if that included the IRS too; generate custom data queries for the IRS to look at, such as large volume accounts and/or lots of transfers to international PayPal users, etc.

        Don't trust it. I can't see how a large company like that wouldn't cooperate with the IRS fully and transparently.
        I've trusted my sites to them for over a decade...

          Claim your income and you won't have to worry about it. I don't think they report to the IRS for every user, but if you were to get audited I am sure they would cooperate with the IRS.
