You can't possibly be a webmaster, not even one in training. In addition you are prolly very young or ya would have figured it out. Hate to be mean, but don't think this is the place for you?
We all had to learn how to do these things at some point. Maybe a class would help on the basics of the web. There are sites to instruct webmasters, but I think they don't cover these basic issues.
