iBill, without my permission, transferred all my rebills to etelegate a month and half ago. As of today, Etelegate owes me a little over $3000. I have called etelegate many times, and always its someone at iBill who answers my calls. They are playing the same game as they did with me before.
Yesterday, I contacted the FTC, and they transferred me to the office of the FBI. I spoke to an agent there, and he took down all my information and told me to send him my records for money owed from iBill and Etelegate, which I did.
Today, the agent called me back. And here is what he said.
Upon investigation of the above matter, the FBI fells that this issue is of interest, and an agent will be assigned to review your case and to take further action against the above named companies and its owners.
Anyone who was owed money by iBill and now is owed money by Etelegate should keep an eye on this board, as I will post the name and contact information of the FBI agent once I have it.
To the owners of iBill and Etelegate: You are gona be someone's bitch soon as you serve time in federal prison.
