You've probably heard this a million times already but it's true....
(1) cut down on the caffiene
(2) cut down on the alcohol
(3) cut down on fatty/sugary foods
(4) cut down on computer usage
(5) increase fresh air
(6) increase fresh food
(7) increase exercise
(8) take deep breaths and exhale twice as long as the inhale.
All will help a lot. I don't follow all of them myself but a combination of a few will ease your problems.
