I agree, Kman! What most people fail to realize is that Xanax is a "situational" drug...not something that they should take on a daily basis 3 times a day like anti-biotics.
I don't take Xanax unless I ABSOLUTELY have to! I keep one on me at all times just in case but I'm also very high strung. I keep it in my pocket and if I ever feel like I'm about to lose it then I pop the Xanax. I don't take it like a daily multi-vitamin. That is where people become dependant on the drug and feel they can't operate without it.
