i went out and bought valeriaan from the pharmacy
havnt taken a pill yet....the pills smell like rotting cow shit
, i guess i will take it when it gets very serious
but im drining some wine now, that always seems to help
tomorrow is another day....joy..........btw dont be surprised if you dont see me on gfy, when im on the computer it gets 100x worse
