rule#1 when slamming a company , dont mention its competition.
As soon as i saw you mention another host i became skeptical and uninterested even though you have a very valid problem.. when hosting fucks up it can really mess with your biz, in your case you will likely have to re-mail the sites to re-request a password , and they will prob think your a horny surferlooking for another free pass and tell you to take a hike .

Im sure many a webmaster empathizes with your situation.. i do.. lost a kickass domain once because my email wouldn't work and the registrar was run by inbred morons.
