Dood, I have anxiety issues, too. At one point they were so bad I thought I had MS, and I miscarried and bled for three months!

As odd as it sounds, I have seen it work on crazy things for me, like, I had this aversion to my daughters' screaming that goes beyond the normal reaction. It brought on panic attack symptoms and made me feel like my skin is going to split open and eject the alien from Spawn or something. So, I tried EFT, and you know, I haven't freaked out, yelled back, or even had a panic attack reaction because of them screaming since I did it. *shrug* Who knows, maybe it's a placebo effect, but who cares? I can calmly deal with them screaming instead of screaming back at them which only reinforced the screaming, right?
