Man, I feel really bad for you. I used to have panic attacks but I cured them. I wish I had extra V's to give you.
Stay away from Zanax ... bad longterm side affects.
My advice .... everytime you have a panic attack, walk outside, take a deep breath and close your eyes. Count to 100 and while you are counting choose your favorite things to count. Like 1 hot dog, 2 sunsets and so on. After you have calmed down a little, drop on the floor and do as many pushups as you can. Then sit on the floor and stretch as much as you can. Get back up, take another deep breath, exhale slow and go back to your day.
