lots of visible content, easy to see and multiple "join now links," and easy to understand what your buying are all pluses. And these are big pluses because a lot of times, I have no clue what it is I'm buying into when I go to some of these sites.

I think you may have to many tours. the visitor can probably rub one off going through the free previews, which we all know wont lead to any joins.

The banner is massive, cut it in half. Before the fold, I would add a "Join Now" link and "Members" link. Why? because some people actually go to the site to join right away, not watch the videos. Get those people who have card in hand to join without distracting them on watching it for free and changing their mind.

The bottom is very clustered, get rid of most of it. Keep the tour to 3 pages max, which is already a lot of content in those videos. Although its nice to have people come to your site, the point is to get them to convert, not let them watch your porn for free

Id put links at the bottom for things like "solo girls pissing" "males peeing on females" etc., as links going to specific content pages. some people dont want to see a guy pee in a girls mouth, then you can sub target your visitors and even put those links at the top, let them filter themselves out.

Lastly, where the media player icon is beside the movies, Id have a text link that says "Download Now" and take that to the join page.

Otherwise, great work, looks nice and is streamlined, you should get a good conversion rate as is.

I'm not a genius by any means, although it may appear, but I deal with hundreds of lead gen and conversion based sites on a daily basis both mainstream and adult. Try it, if it doesnt work, then I'll buy you some bananas

no, same thing. Text is blurry, images are blurry. That right pic shows off what your site is about, it should be way better quality wise.

The header is too big...
there is no join link on the header (I would at least slice the header)... and the 1st join link can only be seen after 2 blocks of content...

I would add a JOIN link and a MEMBERS LOGIN on the header...

another thing: do all those review sites need to be on the INDEX PAGE of your PAYSITE?
can't you move them to some other page (like a links page or reviews page)?

I'm gonna say it looks pretty good to me. I agree with Bosku69, you might consider cutting down on some the tour pages. You've got an awful lot of free content out there. Might be too much to interest someone enough to join. If it were me, I would put some of the pages into rotation because a lot of potential buyers will come back a few times before busting out that CC.
