ill tell you how in 3 easy steps..
#1 go copy the basic layout of a free email type program ( i.e. make a page with a form and a box to enter email and password etc )
#2 setup phpbb ( its free ) load it with fhg'd , go to the "register" page and look at the html for the signup form, cut the items out you want to display on your free email box ( i.e. name and email and password ) point your email box to the phpbb register form
#3 use the "mass email " function in phpbb to email your clients ( surfers )

hm, but some of the big programs have no problem sending to hotmail, yahoo, no????

No most of the big programs are constatly trying to get around filters because their lists go out to so many people so their mail servers get blacklisted. Do it yourself and you wont run into these problems ( especially if you only use double opts )
Trust me i have tried every email program around.. I started sending them to my own email program and get 10 times the "confirmed emails" so i must be doing something better than the "big guys " ( or they arent giving you all the credit )hatisblack at yahoo.comComment

the cecash program used to be pretty good but too many people used it then they made it much more difficult to get credit.. and traffic leaks..hatisblack at yahoo.comComment
