Same here. I could do the vodka easily. I got deathly sick on Jack Daniels when I was 17 and to this day I get queasy at the smell of most whisky drinks. I just had a nice drinking session at a birthday party. two bottles of wine, one bottle champs, just for me. I feel OK. drunk as hell, but OK nonetheless. if it was whiskey or some such I'd be coming home with broken knuckles or something homo like that.Comment

I can. It takes all day, but I can do it if I don't neglect to eat during the day. Take it over ice with no mixer. Drink a glass of water now and then.

I've done it. 750ml cheap blended scotch. Took it to a poker game at the judge's house, put it on the bar with the stuff the other guys brought. Drank it over ice all night. Threw away the bottle, the guys go "You drank that whole thing by yourself?" I said "hell no, you guys have been drinking on it too, right?" They said "No, we've all been drinking the tequila."
Ooops.
They tell me I was still shuffling cards and betting reasonably when the party closed up. Me, I don't remember the last dozen hands. But I walked home just fine and woke up in my own bed.
