Best Place To Buy TGP Feeder Traffic?

First of all, the search on GFY isnt working for me or I would use it (cuz I know this has been asked a billion times.)

I plan to buy a lot of traffic in the near future & was needing some recommendations.

I already use Choker...and he always has tons of proxy & no cookie but very little higher quality stuff. Do you recommend I use proxy or no cookie to feed trades? I figure it's not very productive...but is this what most people use?

I figured I could mix highly productive stuff with lower productivity traffic, but with what's available via Choker it'd be a 20 to 1 ratio of low vs high productivity traffic...

Anyone know where I can get decent, non-foreign traffic for under $7/k?
