    BW per member.

    Just curious.. How much BW does each member suck up daily.. If you had to average BW consumption per member.. I think I'm going to need to upgrade .. I suppose movies are gonna use up the most.. Shit, I've been FTP images for days now & am still not done.. I suppose I should've optimized them, damnit...... Hmm,,, I'd hate to start ftp all over if I optimize them now,,, is there a tool that will do them all on the server..
    I don't want to crop or cut or anything like that, just want to shrink the file size without losing too much quality...

    Any other tips to save on BW in members area.. I don't want my first month to kill me expense wise,,,, I'd rather use the $$ for growth rather than use it to stay afloat.

              Optimizing needs to be done on your workstation. To optimize in batch, I really like Webgraphic Optimizer ... Easy to set to the desire size/compression and no visible loss of quality.

              You cannot really limit BW... You are offering an all you can eat buffet .. Some eat a lot, some little like birds ... Pay the BW, but charge enough to members, mainly the trials ...

              I know that Asspimple is stoopid ... As he says, it is a FACT !

              But I can't figure out how he can breathe or type , at the same time ....

                  I got software for batch processing , just thought if there was a way to do it on the server... i ftp alot of shit already & would hate to start all over considering how long it took to ftp over 10k images

                      I don't know of a script to do it on the server ... if it exists, I would like to know also
                      Watermarking can be done on the server with GD library, or ImageMagik.... maybe those do that ?
