It gets harder and harder to swallow claims that Franck is a nobody when he can apparently be such an irritant.

Here's a couple of thoughts. If you don't want people writing negative posts, don't give them anything to write about. If they write anyway, respond in an on-point, businesslike manner: once and be done. Your style may appeal to the developmentally challenged, but it doesn't do much for your credibility with anyone else.
