So far it's still in court on appeal by the FSC.
IMO it looks like it will be tightened up but not as much as the AG wished.
How they implement it is the big question.
MY ADVICE IS IF YOU BUY CONTENT GET THE DOCUMENTS AND CHECK THEM.
