D, it sounds like you are looking to change your eating habits for the better. My advice is to try to balance your diet as much as possible without stressing over it. Go ahead and eat that slice of pizza... just don't eat a 2nd. Drink that coke, just don't drink 3. If you ate some junk food when you were feeling depressed, make sure you go out of your way to eat healthy the next day. Get a chicken salad and don't eat a bunch of carbs within 6 hours of bedtime. Try to drink a protien shake 1-2 times a day. If you don't like making them yourself.. they sell premade cans in the cooler at GNC. I suggest RTD extreme body, vanilla bean... yummy.
