Moderation is the key
A little soda here and there won't kill ya. I drink diet soda 3-4 times each week but a few regular cokes each week for lunch won't do much damage.
Fruit juice is good for you but loaded with sugar. If its pure juice, its a healthy unrefined sugar but sugar nonetheless. You can take a multi vitamin with food and get nearly the same benefits as drinking fruit juice.
Vegetable juice is very good for you. Can't say anything bad about that.
