          Well what the ICM guys fail to realize is when it also comes out that they LIED that they said they had industry support when it's PROVEN that they didn't. 600 e-mails ot ICANN form adult webmasters, Larry Flynts letter to ICANN and the FSC's objections proves that. Regardless of what Bush may have done, that lie alone is enough to deny their appeal and they should know that.

          ICANN SPECIFICALLY said they could only get .XXX approved if they had industry support they don't and they lied about it. Sorry ICM dudes YOU LOSE.
