In Quebec, Canada, certain pharmacists can now give it. The pharmacist has to take the course and be recognized by the Order of pharmacists.

I would think so myself. I mean that's great if you're over 18 and you want to take it but I would hope girls under 18 should have to talk to someone in order to get it.

you can go to the health clinic ( free place for teens whot htink they may be pregnant or have std's ) and they give the pills out to anyone who ask
