kard: i suggest you hire a photographer... its what i did.... and also what i did was in the backround played around with my camera... and he gave me some tips also... but i dont think you should try and do it yourself for the first time

my .02 and I'm far from an authority as I've never run a solo girl site. But from a customer point-of-view, I'd come back if:

- Obviously, she's physically enticing.

- She's original, fun, funky ... whatever, but she has to have real charisma

- Live interaction. Since I promote cam sites, I'm biased but I would want some opportunity to interact - and not with 50 other guys in a group chat room ... Private video chat for an added fee would be a great upsell and keep me coming back (assuming points #1 and #2 are true!)

- Constant updates, yes, but again: Original. Do something unique! Make her go places, interact with friends (even if it's not sexual, but interesting) or even strangers (actors acting like strangers) - this is where her personality can really show off - especially if she's got a wicked/sharp sense of humour.

- Avoid a cookie-cutter home page/tour. Even if it looks amateur. Show what I am going to get besides "hundreds of glossy photos and high quality vids". Tell me why her site is original and I'm going to get my money's worth.

Then again, that's just me!

Why do some musicians make it, while others fail, even tho they may have twice the talent?

For webmasters, fansigns would bring them around. The thing that would bring them around faster would be great conversion ratios on tgp traffic because everyone has tgp traffic.
